Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Counter Notification

If you believe content you posted on our Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

 

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order.

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice of infringement or counter-notification may be liable for damages.
